How to update addresses and phone numbers

Everything you need to know to update your address and phone number.

1. Click the link to the 'Personal Information' sub-menu from the Hokiespa menu.
2. Click the 'Update Address(es) and Phones' link from the menu.
3. Select the type of address you want to add from the dropdown menu.
4. Click 'Submit.'
5. Enter your information into the form.
6. Click 'Submit.'
